ABOUT MANDY

Mandy is a Senior Service & Experience Designer and Design Researcher based in Burlington, Vermont.

Before moving into her current role as an experience designer for healthcare services, Mandy started her design career in service and interaction design consulting for the federal government, solving big hairy problems and improving experiences for the public as well as federal employees.

 

A true empath and research nerd, Mandy loves spending time learning from people about their experiences to get to the heart of problems and delights in gleaning insights that change perspectives and make people feel seen and heard. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys making things in many forms - pottery, cross stitch, coding, building Ikea furniture - and exploring Vermont on foot, her cross country skis, or by paddle board.
